How do we support you?
We provide free, confidential, and clinically supported services for adults, including:
- Sexual health and wellness: Private testing, prevention information, and support through the POWER Atlanta Wellness Clinic.
- Help finding care: Guidance with health coverage, benefits, appointments, and connections to other services.
- Support through difficult times: A safe place to ask for help after violence or abuse, or when you need support with substance use.
- Everyday essentials: Connections to food, clothing, hygiene items, housing resources, and other available support.
You do not have to know which program to ask for. Tell us what is going on, and our team will help you find a place to start.

Take a look at our services below. We provide free, confidential, community-based clinical services for sexual health and wellness; including testing, counseling, follow-up support, and care coordination designed to strengthen well-being and long-term stability.
Sexual Health Support
Free Testing. Real Answers. Confidential Care.
P.O.W.E.R. Atlanta provides free, confidential clinical HIV and STI testing services, including education, sexual health risk assessment, counseling, and result delivery in a safe and supportive environment. Clients also have access to condoms and prevention support, including PrEP and PEP screening, education, and referral.
If you or someone you love is living with HIV, we provide coordinated linkage to medical care, treatment services, and ongoing support, with complete privacy and compassionate guidance in collaboration with healthcare and public health partners.
Medical Oversight & Continuity of Care
P.O.W.E.R. Atlanta’s sexual health services are delivered under the oversight of licensed medical professionals and in coordination with local public health authorities. Individuals receiving HIV or STI services are supported beyond testing through counseling, follow-up communication, referrals, and care coordination to support timely access to treatment and prevention services.
Appointments are scheduled through our secure electronic health record system to support confidential care, follow-up, and coordination with healthcare and public health partners.
Substance Abuse Recovery
Help Without Judgment
We provide confidential screening, counseling, and coordinated referrals to trusted substance use treatment providers. Our team supports individuals through care navigation, follow-up, and connection to services that prioritize health, safety, and recovery.
Substance use treatment services are delivered through referral partnerships with licensed providers, with ongoing care coordination support from P.O.W.E.R. Atlanta.
Screening is conducted using validated tools and referrals are made to licensed treatment providers.
Protect Her Power
Care and Support for Women.
This program offers free wellness screenings, health education, and personalized care coordination for women.
Protect His Power
Men deserve care, too.
This program focuses on men’s health and wellness through free screenings, counseling, and education, including support related to fatherhood, relationships, emotional well-being, and self-care.
Victim Assistance
Support for Survivors. Healing for Families.
Our Victim Assistance program offers trauma-informed counseling, advocacy, emergency support, and coordinated referrals for those affected by violence or exploitation.
