ABOUT US

POWER Atlanta is a nonprofit organization providing essential services to individuals and families across Atlanta who are facing financial hardship, food insecurity, housing instability, or health-related challenges. Since our founding in 2020, we’ve helped thousands move forward with confidence by offering practical, people-first solutions that support lasting stability.

Based in Southwest Atlanta, P.O.W.E.R. Atlanta proudly serves neighborhoods like Capitol View, Oakland City, Adair Park, West End, and the greater metro area. Our services are available to anyone in need regardless of zip code or background.

REAL STORIES, REAL CHANGE

Let’s take Ms. Carol Bones for example. Ms. Carol’s journey from receiving groceries to volunteering weekly—is a powerful reminder of our mission in action. Today, she offers the same warmth and support she once received!
